1112: Royal Copenhagen - Patrick Nordstrom and
Karin Blom Unic organic vase from 1914-1916. With this vase you have a very rare
chance to a vase typical not in public trade. This vases is made in a very limited number
and all is unic. This one is stoneware item number 3350 made on Royal Copenhagen. Before
1916 every piece of stoneware is individual numbered. With this vase follows a 1956
limited etition (57/1000) book on Patrick Nordstrom. In this book is a text on page 65
describing exact this type of vases (my translation - the book is in danish but with lots
of photos and signature photos) about the Baltic Exhibition 1914 in Malmo: "We also
see the beginning of decoration on stoneware with Karin Bloms beuatyfull work where
flowers, leawes, and ranks is painted like ornaments with Nordstroms different blue, green
and yellowbrown coulorred glazes. Signed KB S 350 in treesided box ant tree blue waves.

Thylstrup (1884-1930) died by TB. Worked at Royal Copenhagen 1911 - 1923. I think this
magnificiant vase is made in the late 1910´ s. Round vase, with fantastic light green
celadon glaze cowering four swans motifs. 7" dia and 7 1/4" high. Signed with
tree handpainted waves and incised signature G Thylstrup 2499 ?84?. There is three
scratches across the waves (first or second quality items sold to an employee on the
